Information and availability

We aim to keep product details, availability, pricing, and studio information accurate. We may correct errors, update content, limit quantities, or discontinue an item when necessary. Product colors can appear slightly different across screens.

Purchases

An order is accepted when payment is successfully processed and an order confirmation is issued. We may cancel and refund an order affected by an inventory error, suspected fraud, pricing mistake, or delivery restriction.

Limitation

To the extent permitted by law, the site and its content are provided without guarantees of uninterrupted or error-free availability. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Order processing and delivery

Available delivery methods, costs, taxes, and estimated timing are shown before payment. Delivery estimates begin after an order is processed and are not guaranteed. Customers are responsible for providing a complete, accurate delivery address.

Returns

You may request a return within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn, unwashed, unused, and returned in their original condition with any tags or packaging. Contact us before sending a return so we can provide instructions.

Return shipping and refunds

Return shipping is the customer’s responsibility unless an item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original delivery fees are non-refundable unless required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after the return is inspected; your financial institution may require additional time to post the credit.

Damage, errors, and cancellations

Contact us promptly with your order details and clear photographs if an item arrives damaged or incorrect. Cancellation requests can be considered before fulfillment begins but cannot be guaranteed after an order has entered processing.

Square-powered checkout

Card entry is provided by Square Web Payments SDK. Square securely tokenizes payment details in the browser, and this website sends the resulting single-use token to a protected server endpoint to request payment. No Excuse Creative does not store full card numbers or card security codes.

Currency and authorization

Prices are displayed and charged in US dollars unless checkout clearly states otherwise. The final total, including any applicable tax or delivery charge, is shown before you submit payment. Your bank may apply its own currency conversion or authorization rules.

Protecting your payment information

Never send card numbers or security codes through the contact form or email. If a payment fails, verify the information entered or contact your card issuer. For order-specific assistance, contact us without including sensitive payment details.
